- Reach Katra helipad and board the helicopter to Sanjichat helipad
- Show your return boarding pass and get priority darshan slips from Shrine Board staff
- Trek or hire a pony/palki/porter to reach the Bhawan (2.5 km), where the holy cave of Mata Vaishno Devi is located
- Seek the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi and return to Sanjichat helipad within 3 hours
- Fly back to Katra helipad by helicopter
